Assess where you are at and plan improvements
In the Member Zone you will find your HQ Travelife Checklist for you to prepare towards the Documents Check meeting and the checklist for individual properties. You can use this to assess what you are already doing well and where you need to make improvements. There is advice on how you can plan the improvements you will need to make before your HQ visit to check the documents and later for the individual audits. Prepare for your HQ visit and audits
Use the Member Guides, examples and templates in the Member Zone to make your improvements.
Schedule your HQ document check and hotel audits
Work with Travelife to confirm a date for the document visit at the chain Headquarter. Then you will need to work with your hotels to find dates for the hotels audit and organised the audits clustered by areas. These dates will be communicated to the auditor by the chain so they can agree which dates are more suitable for both sides. If the auditor cannot find evidence that you have met the Travelife Standard, our team will work with you on the improvements you need to make before you can be certified. Celebrate and promote your certification
You will be given the Travelife Gold Certification logo to display on your promotional materials, a certificate and window decal stickers. You will be listed on the Travelife Collection website so travellers can find you and we will update our Member tour operators about your certification.
Maintain your status and aim for excellence
Your certification is valid for two years provided you maintain compliance with the Travelife Standard. During that time you will have full access to the Member Zone to help you maintain your status and we will send you regular updates containing news, tips and advice that are especially tailored for accommodation providers.
You will be invited to share your success stories for our social media posts, to participate in research programs and competitions that showcase your achievements. We will remind you when your Membership and Certification needs to be renewed.
